Jessica Mundia
Registered Kinesiologist

Jessica recently graduated from Simon Fraser University with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. During her university years she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing Team and competed across Canada as well as internationally. Jessica began coaching learn-to-row programs shortly after she began to compete and, as her passion for rowing grew, over the next few years coached adult rec rowing, middle school kids and a competitive novice university team. While coaching, Jessica also broadened her experience as a trainer for the Coquitlam Adanacs Intermediate Lacrosse Team and for patients at False Creek Residence for Independent Living, assisting with exercise programs.

Jessica also enjoys hiking, cycling, and snowboarding and is currently building up the courage to paddle down rivers in a kayak.

Ongoing education in the field of kinesiology is important to Jessica and she will continue to prioritize learning that emphasizes a holistic and integrative health approach.
